It's easy to grab your favorite bag of tortilla chips off the grocery shelf, but turns out, it's just as easy to whip up a batch of your own.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 1 bag of corn tortillas
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Salt to taste
HERE'S HOW TO DO IT
Pile up the corn tortillas and cut into fourths. Heat oil on medium-high heat in a large pot, (or if you have a handy basket fryer, that works even better!) When temperature of the oil reaches 350 degrees, drop in the tortilla wedges and fry in batches until golden, about 3-4 minutes.



Dry on paper towel and sprinkle with salt to taste. Voila! You've just given Tostitos a run for their money.
